The story of the Holy Family is shown on three floors in this Christmas pyramid. The lower two turntables rotate and the upper floor is fixed. The metal needle leading in the middle lies with its tip in a glass bearing in the base of the pyramid. The upper part holds the impeller with the wings that can be adjusted in inclination. The Christmas pyramid only turns by itself, when the six wax candles in the outer holders on the base are lit, because then the rising heat powers the wings.

Christmas pyramid lovingly crafted

The Holy Family can be seen on the second floor. The baby Jesus in the manger is lovingly guarded by Mary and Joseph. A shepherd and two sheep also keep watch. The second floor is intended for the shepherds, who first heard the news of the birth of Jesus Christ. Small curly trees adorn the top platform, before the winged wheel towers above them all. The Christmas pyramid is left in its natural state. Only a few dark accents such as the fences or different shades of brown on the miniatures break up the picture. Great importance is attached to the sustainability of the material. All the wood comes from local forests and the paints and varnishes are ecologically safe.
