Smoking man mini gnome mushroom picker, 16 cm by Christian Ulbricht from Seiffen in the Erzgebirge

This little gnome seems to flash the mischief from the eyes. Does not he look funny? The mini gnomes of Christian Ulbricht have their own charm. With a size of approx.12 to 16 cm they belong to the Minis. And nevertheless it smokes from their mouth. The series of the mini gnomes captivates by its variety. More than 40 different smoking gnomes in this series are available in the offer of the enterprise of the Erzgebirgischen people art. Among them occupations, Christian figures, fairy tale figures or erzgebirgische originals.

Miniwichtel of Christian Ulbricht hotly desired

The Mini gnome mushroom picker spreads already with looking much joy. On its way by the Erzgebirgswald it must climb over some brook or over some hill. With its walking stick it is safe on the way. And who looks exactly sees, that already some mushrooms in the basket lie. These will be on the table today. The pointed hat protects the mushroom picker from falling cones and twigs and the green-checked scarf adorns his neck. On the way home he has now earned his pipe. For Miniwichtel by Christian Ulbricht the little knobbly nose is a trademark. The face is finely hand-painted and the body in natural different light stained.

The essence of incense smokers is the function of spreading different scents by burning incense candles inside the figures. Also the mushroom picker smokes comfortably his pipe. But beware! Einfach schön anzuschauen
Sehr schön gearbeiteter Wichtel. Es ist ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und ich denke meine Mutter (als Fan) wird sich sehr freuen. Ich selbst besitze eine Pyramide und seit kurzem auch einen Schwippbogen aus Seiffen und erfreue mich an der Handwerkskunst. Ich hoffe das auch nachfolgende Generationen diese Kunst zu schätzen wissen. Meinem Kind gebe ich das auf jedem Fall weiter :-).
